He said on the Chris Rose podcast that during the lockout he got up to like 285 pounds just lifting heavy weights. Wouldn't be suprised if that fukked with something mechanically because hes been extra awful. I know he worked at the top of the zone a lot so if he lost something off his fastball or that change up isnt moving as much, hes back to pitching like his first year in Chicago.
