The Blazers are running two bigs in Nurkic & Collins with Melo at the 3. I don't think Melo will be able to guard the 3 & it's clear the Blazers have the worst collection of wings in the league but the addition of Nurkic and Collins gives them a real shot at making the playoffs.

him losing the weight at least gives him the ability to slightly run with em. he hasn't been bleeding points since I've been watching. And hes been a weapon around the rim. I say the Lakers will be a problem, but they can make up the Melo-Bron pts with CJ and dame versus those remaining Lakers guards. Clippers are another animal. Thats the worst possible matchup for Blazers. Rockets might be higher on that list than the Lakers too, depending on if Russ plans on playing with a working brain next time he sees Dame.

to me, Im looking at every game rn like those burner regular season matchups, but thats more because of the local commentators than the lack of crowds. Im gonna reserve judgement until I hear Breen or JVG calling, and then see how weird it'll be. It's definitely going to suck if we got a Lakers finals win without the confetti, the kobe jerseys in the stands, the LED lights, camera panning to Jack Nicholson and Snoop, all that shyt.
This Pacers-Blazers game feels like a D league game with these players in and no crowd. This game is EXACTLY what I feared the bubble would look like.
