I hate to overreact to small sample sizes but the Lakers were 8.3 points per 100 possessions better with Rondo off the floor. Ten minutes through the first scrimmage, Dion Waiters appears to be a significant upgrade. The combination of playmaking, scoring and shooting is exactly what the Lakers need. If they can just keep Dion's ego in check, this is huge.
