It's pretty much global welfare, and we've seen what welfare combined with feminism has done to a large portion of the black population, which is create a permanent underclass. They'll have the robots do most of the jobs and you'll have a super elite class running everything, an upper middle class who creates and maintains these robots and who police the people and then the rest of the world who is given government handouts. Our autonomy is removed. Then this allows the governments to start microchipping everyone because if you want your chunk of this universal income, you need to be tied into the beast system to be tracked. Get out of line and you'll be cut off from the network and your chunk of the universal income and will be left to die.
