this is what I hate about the Grizzlies, with their shot jacking guards off the bench especially Bayless who is doing what Mayo did

yea, and i dunno if its also their coach not emphasizing it or also partly gasol and randolph just bein too passive about gettin their post ups (someone like shaq/hakeem would be barking and cussin them muthafukks out to give him the ball)... but shyt just doesn't seem to get addressed until they absolutely hit rock bottom, then its like "oh yea... i guess we do have a big man advantage.."
