Josh Smith can pass his ass off to Chuck in the post, he just has terrible movement skills and shot selection like J.R. Smith, Nate R. etc but worse since he can't shoot.

Can't believe people still bring up Memphis "missing Rudy Gay" when conley pick and roll and (ideally imo) zbo post ups are far better options.
If anything, aside from needing better outside shooters, Memphis just needs to get into their offense quicker so they can prioritize the post up game more. That's all they're really 'missing'.
