Over the summer Conley has GOT to spend hours on end working on hitting the big men rolling off the pick and roll. Study tapes of Chris Paul or OG Steve Nash and work on every angle, every bounce pass/shuffle pass combination using both hands.

Conley PnR is the best quick hitting play they got and 2nd best impromptu offense outside of gasol/randolph post ups.. yet dude got that tunnel vision and can only use it to drive or throw it back if he gets stopped and the big men so happened to pop instead of roll.

If he can learn how to manipulate that PnR better, esp given the type of bigs they got, that would take care of a lot of their offensive troubles, esp late game.

Fisher was the REASON we were down in 09. We nearly lost to the Rockets because he couldn't even defend his shadow. Shot below 39% from the field and 28% from 3.

Fisher had some big moments vs the Celtics but outside of that series he was hot garbage.
