I think they could kill a human given that they take down animals that are our weight and size. They just don't see us as a threat and they are not as aggressive and territorial as other cats. Their temperament is perfect.
You would need a huge property to keep an animal like that happy.

Using average price of a chicken in the USA, it would cost 4000$ in chicken a year for one adult cheetah too. That's just the chicken and not even considering anything else
