I been looking online and i dont see the higher end ones people are referring to. Even the OP said he made a mistake with the pricing because he found an old vintage pair. Ive graduated up to custom suits at this point in my life and ive NEVER seen a pair of Stacy Adams in those tailor shops.

This seems like a case where this used to be a decent brand back in the day, and maybe fell off into what our generation knows as them cheap shyts that hurt your feet.
