Breh, I don't know. It just wouldn't call it boom bap. shyt had a lot going on. Boom Bap beats are usually more stripped down with slightly faster tempos than that beat. Plus, it just didn't have that "bounce" that makes you nod your head, which is the essence of a Boom Bap beat. Hear are some examples of what I call Boom Bap:

You aren't lying about that flow. The voice I can deal with. But, that flow leaves much to be desired. It sounded like he was struggling with trying to catch the beat

"Finesse The World" is boom bap to me. The beauty of boom bap in general is that it's very versatile and full of variations. Nodding your head to me isn't the defining attribute of boom bap. And you can absolutely nod your head to "Finesse The World".
