It's a nice state
No sales tax, good schools, enough jobs since it's basically a tax haven, and cheap alcohol
Toughest city is probably Wilmington. It's a pretty diverse place given the size too.
Wilmington/Claymont are similar to philly suburbs. Rehobeth and the other beach towns have a Martha Vineyard vibe and are pretty gay/liberal, Newark is like a college town, you have Dover with the nascar crowd, and further south is more like a country cheasepeake vibe

Delaware is nice if you want to raise a family. Alot of NYers down there telling everybody how great NY is but other than that it's not much. I resturant hop in Rehoboth about once a month.
