Who would you have liked then to sign given the cap constraints and their need to win/play out the string until they're in control of their picks again?
Ballmer has talked about never bottoming out/tanking. The team doesn't control their picks until 2031. Retooling is what the team will continue to be doing even after Harden & Kawhi leave

Yeah, it's not like we have a bunch of good young players that are more likely to help us win games. It could be so much worse. We could be the Kings right now.

Am I thrilled that were going to have the oldest team in NBA history (idk if that's true) not especially. But I understand why we will be. I haven't seen the Cole Anthony deal specifics but I'd probably rather pay CP3 if expectation is 15-20 minutes a night.

Need about three of these guys to pan out :ehh:

Good podcast about summer league. General consensus is none of the young guys are NBA ready. Christie probably the closest. Said he looked stronger. They also said Flowers is a crazy athlete but kind of all over the place. Said his ceiling might be DJJ.

Jordan Miller is not an NBA player or at least won't be with Clippers. Doesn't use off hand, not a good enough athlete, not a good enough shooter.

Don’t want Kawhi or Harden playing nowhere near 34 mins till the end of the season/playoff time
I don't know if they can win without them playing that many minutes.

Starters
Harden: 32
Beal: 25
Jones Jr: 20
Kawhi: 30
Zubac: 28

Bench
Collins: 25
Paul: 20
Dunn: 15
Bogi: 15
Batum: 15
Lopez: 15

Frank said theyll run with a 9 man rotation; I'm guessing Bogi and Dunn are most likely to fall out of rotation absent any injuries. I hope it's Bogi and not Dunn as I like Dunn's defensive intensity. Also Paul gives you more efficient version of what Bogi does. I didnt think CP3 would see more than 15 minutes but having one of him or Harden on the court all times is probably ideal.

None of the young guys will see any time short of 4-5 guys getting hurt.

Shout out Jordan Miller making first team
But no team to play for. Bring him back on a two-way contract. Our three two-way players are Flowers, Patrick Baldwin, and Kobe Sanders. We're keeping Flowers, but Miller is definitely better than Baldwin and Sanders.
