Thing is, I think Harden and Zu are the only two players that seem to actually give AF now.

Kawhi is a problem. Been a problem. Dude's been out damn near 1/2 of the time he's been on the squad. And with the way he's moved, doesn't even seem to have any urgency to help them on the floor. Ty Lue lost the team forever ago. Bro looks like he's ready to jump off of the roof of the Intuit Dome. And they moved dudes like Powell, who was actually one of the few bright spots they had.

They gotta figure out a way to get some real leadership on the floor, and a coach that can connect with the players. And they need to get that done immediately.
Basically never recovered from the SGA trade. Had rookie SGA, all of our picks, and open cap space, and threw it all away for two guys who didn't give two sh*ts about the franchise - and I was a PG guy. We still had some nice pieces to keep things afloat in Hartenstein, Diabate, Norm, Mann, KPJ, etc. But ushered them all out the door with no replacements or rather failed older replacements.

Our GM Lawrence Frank is trying to sell the fanbase on 2027 where we'll have open cap space, but everyone knows stars don't hit free agency anymore. It takes a big trade to get a star player in today's NBA. So more pipe dreams, shortcuts, washed former stars, no player development, failed cheat codes, scams, scandals, etc. You name it. What a mess and a total sh*t show. These guys, or should I say Ballmer, just doesn't get it.

Facts.

And I like Ballmer's passion for the franchise, but dude doesn't know ball.

He's had like 11 years to get the team on track and they've made some of the weirdest moves I've ever seen. Historically though, I just feel like the team is cursed. They've had a lot of loaded squads, and can't ever seem to do anything with them.

Team is definitely not cursed. Just awful ownership under Donald Sterling and the worst GM duties of all time under Ballmer. We had Blake, CP3, and DJ. Never added anything significant around them like 3&D wings, but that's not cursed. Had rookie SGA, all of our picks, and open cap space. That's not cursed. Just some of the worst general managing known to man.

That's what I call cursed. HAHA!!

Billy Crystal says he's their biggest fan, and that he believes the team is "cursed". He said they had the worst owner in the history of the league in Sterling, bad GM's, bizarre injuries, etc. But he said even though he can easily switch to another team, he'll never abandon his Clippers. Thing is, Ballmer said when he bought the team, that he was going to "put an end to the Clipper Curse". Hasn't happened yet.

It’s over brehs….lets get some picks :blessed:
Nothing against Beal, but we all knew that wasn't going to work out. One less crutch for Lue to lean on. Kawhi out for god knows how long. Not sure if Harden will eventually want out, but to the chagrin of Lue and L. Frank, the youth era is finally upon us:wow::blessed:

-Go get Cam Whitmore from D.C. and lets start a new chapter. And yes, I don't give a sh*t if we don't make the playoffs. :ehh:

Circling the drain now. Season looks done. Maybe can get in the play in if they win one out of every three games with Dallas, N.O, Sac, Memphis, Utah, etc. being just as bad if not worse. Harden is ballin', but its still too much ISO ball from him. Its not sustainable. At least we got a player to work with in Kobe Sanders. He's damn near the lone bright spot this season. If the losing continues and Kawhi doesn't return, I wonder if they'll look into seeing what they can get for Harden and Zu. Oh well :francis:

Kawhi not missing no playoffs. Its 68 games left, and late season - tanking teams will be handing out free wins, to position themselves - for a strong upcoming draft class. And you know Frank gon make a move. Buyout season, hoping a scoring wing becomes available
