Why didn't you call the police? I don't believe you saw a twelve year old on the stroll, anyone in their right mind would have called the police on her and that leads me to my next point. All communities try to protect their youth from violence and molestation, including the black community, but there are some people who give their children too much freedoms which is why they end up getting kidnapped and sold into prostitution and guess what this happens in ALL races.
