The Falcons under Raheem Morris are not a well coached team and he needs to be fired. Today’s loss was unacceptable and it starts with coaching. I think every coaching staff needs a coach like Raheem on it, just not as the head coach. The HC needs to be a$$hole or at least, aloof. Raheem by all accounts is a positive full of energy guy, but this is his third head coaching gig and his record is 30-48

Let’s be real about it: Raheem is a vibes kinda coach a la Dan Quinn or Dan Campbell. That works with elite coordinators and a system in place where the HC can focus on culture, relationships and managing the game. Raheem goofed on his coordinators in Year 1 and kept the OC even as he let DC Lake go. I think Ulbrich is an improvement at DC but we need a HC that can do more than be buddy buddy with the players and can actually scheme some shyt up. We don’t have that and for a team with a young QB, young OC (Robinson is only in his 2nd year) and a defense that’s still tryna improve, Raheem’s style is not gonna be enough to compete.

Sunday is a must win for this team at home vs WAS otherwise you go into the bye with no momentum and potentially think about making coaching changes
