It's not that it will head that way regardless. The first thing to starting any kind of improvement or process is having the right mindset supporting it. If you are already going into the gate negative as hell just raining on the whole idea :pjsalt: it severely reduced the chances of success.
Not to mention you already placing blame and shyt on the other half of the team when this is a group effort including the women. Why the fukk would I want to work with someone that has that attitude towards me? Why would I want to rally behind someone and show my support and push their ideas when they are shady insults towards me?
That's how you have to look at it. Women WILL rally behind their men if they can find a way to work together, you just shytting on them out the gate literally is the problem.
