Generally, I don't like the use of the phrase "All Lives Matter" because it can diminish the root of the meaning of "Black Lives Matter" but I'm also willing to concede that some people take the term at face value and don't intend to diminish the black lives matter movement. What he should say is that just because black on black crime exists it doesn't give a white person the right to kill a black person and not be punished for it.

That's the entire gist of what black lives matters was originally intended to represent. Of course all lives matter but all lives are not seen the same way by our justice system, we have been given more than enough examples to understand this fact.

Which is why it's crazy how any black person can push this all lives matter nonsense, no matter how upstanding u are as person, if u are black you will always have to deal with the prejudices and stereotypes that the dominant race has about you. And once again he acknowledge that "black lives matter" and that police brutality is an issue. He just also pointed out they all lives matter too and that all cops aren't bad.
