Grown men wearing “This shyt Personal” hoodies running around starting trouble, being a negative example for the kids under their watch and care. That’s the issue.

Again you have to as a adult defuse situations and remove yourself.
There is no reason a fight should have occured, shouldn't even been yapping.
If its Cam's cmp get security and escort the rabble rousers and the kids with them out.
If its not his camp leave immediately.

What does strong black academic community even mean?
Are you talking about black scholars in the university system
Are you talking about black members of society with degrees
Are you talking about independent black scholarship communities?
Black america is in all 3.

Black folks not concerned with looking cool, are you a child, there are millions of blacks in the US to try to paint all blacks as thinking a certain way, when you claim you yourself are black is the height of ignorance.
There are plenty of black americans in the tech community, I can say that being parrt of the US tech community.
Strong family unit, don't know what this means, are far too many kids born out of wedlock, yet, but black americans have the highest rate of familial interaction post divorce of any race in the US. Black american out of wedlock numbers have also declined since the 80s and steadly does so, the reason the out of wedlock rate is so high is that black married couples dropped the rate of child producing faster than the out of wedlock group.

Again back to talking about less than 5% of the society, why is that again?

Yes you are literally talking about tv and media presentation over reality of black america.
Reality is majority of black americans aren't crminals, black americans are below the replacement level in births like all groups in america now, even hispanics.
