People in LA don't care anymore either. Now that they have an NFL team in town, USC will be just above the hockey team in local popularity

Cfb is the most entertaining of all football. So many different types of offenses and style of play. Carolina went to the SB running a cheesey college offense. The goat position of running back still being used and exciting. Big plays on special teams. QBs getting lit up and no flag being thrown. DBs can play physical with no flag. The matchups of sped up spread out verse traditional offenses. It's a more entertaining and watchable product than the nfl where everyone plays the same.

The Trojans been LA's team weather they got 1, 2 or NO Pro FB team in LA.
And All those places you named have shytty programs ( except Toronto which has no NCAA football)
