We need to have a serious conversation about the coli’s future

Being that this site almost shut down it has dawned on me that this place is legitimately the only place we’re allowed to talk openly and honestly about Black male causes and concerns.

The boards that are dedicated to spreading propaganda about us (wenchalley, cacfront, 4cac etc.) have NEVER to my knowledge been in danger of shutting down.

This place under no circumstances should ever be in the situation that it was prior.

The Coli is too important to the anti Black male propaganda war that’s being waged online across multiple apps.

And yes, it is that serious now that KS has died the image of straight Black men will be constantly attacked and ridiculed through the media with absolutely zero pushback in the mainstream.

We damn near need to be producing our own podcasts, blogs, and everything else like Complex (let’s be real they stole from us anyway and they’re not as funny) as a cohesive group to get positive Black male imagery out there.

Make a PROPER Discord

Frontpage section that covers celebrity/influencer news relevant to The Coli (to draw people in from the outside via Google).

Get people/influencers to start making content for official Coli Social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube).

Maybe a monthly magazine/newsletter via email that covers the funniest/best threads on TheColi

I like this board but I do think there should be multiple outlets for black discussion, especially black male discussion, if I get what OP is saying. I'm not an expert on setting up forums and such but hopefully one day I'll learn.

Beneath the flamboasting and hateration in this danceree there is actually quite a lot of talent here. Thing is there is no organization to bring it forth and allow it to shine because the crabs don't question why they're in the bucket in the first place.

You see loads of content on the net get sharked from here, loop through the antisocials then end up back here. Granted thats fallen off over the years but still you can tell a lot of people do/did lurk for inspiration. Its also wildly entertaining when its on form. Get some Capos on the team to push it forwards with direction instead of just coasting like it has been.

Making The Coli an online brand is a logical step because the site should've really been on the podcast scene but in reality its very closed off. Part of that really appeals because the standards are ensured as trolls and timewasters are WOAT tagged for your convenience but on the other hand it makes the place repetitive.

Its crazy how hip hop is now defacto global culture and most of on here have been heads since it was the minutest most underground movement ever with absolutely zero commercial appeal.

Nobody knows what The Coli is except for LipstickAlley and that’s because most of the, have been here before. Ain’t nobody dedicated to spreading propaganda about the coli lol…This shyt has like 4 active forums and runs on about 30-40 posters…This is small potatoes breh.

I don't know why, considering what subforum this is, but I was expecting something about how this is a message board in the age of message boards being all but dead, and how to keep the site alive in spite of that, but instead I got what I should have expected in the first place, considering what subforum this is, a bunch of no bytches babble.
