Seriously, if you see any early 20 or middle age white guy that looks like a lesbian or virgin with a large coat or bags wondering the street by themselves or a wearing hoodie creepily. Call the police! this shyt is out of control. These dudes are either predators or mass shooters, its only a matter of time before these devils start targeting one of our communities. We have to keep our streets safe from these crazy folks.
