I will give you that RZA and Organized Noize were putting out some sick beats. But I still think on average today's beats sound better, and seem to have more elements to them. Lex Luger, Mike Will Made It, JUSTICE League and many others have taken it up a notch. I look back at artists that I was infatuated with back in the day such as Boot Camp Clik, ATCQ, Redman, etc. and although I still love their songs, the beats seem so basic now.

You need your ears checked.
You don't know the difference between analog and digital.
Digital is way weaker than analog.

All the older shyt sounds way better.
Your Gen never developed the skill to fukk around with a graphic equalizer.
All because your music is preset for your Gen.
All because of that, you will have no new sounds or music either.

Those who say a genre of rap is dead and attacks others for listening to a certain genre are flat out ignorant. I just let them youngsters live. I can jam to some of their shyt, but to them their shyt is next level and you can see the genuine interest they have in it.

My friends who are close to my age mostly have stopped trying to keep up, and that'll be what it is after we're gone and what it has been.

When you think about it, to somebody being born today, the 80's to them when they turn 20 will be like the 50's to us who are over 30. We'll believe that era was unlike anything we've heard/seen and they'll think that shyt is way too old.
