Agreed, but that's no reason to take any credit away from Charlotte. Plenty of people have been given a similar gimmick and run it straight into the ground... she's generated more heat than almost all the male heels on the roster combined this year. However she's done it, she's done it fukking well.
i.e. It's not the same as Dolph Ziggler ripping off HBK and Mr Perfect but putting on a performance 2/10 as good as either of them. Charlotte bites Steph and does it better.
Well in no way does Charlotte get deeper heat than steph, at all. But I had no intention of taking anything away from Charlotte with the op. Stephanie gets heat when standing next to terminally Ill children. People legit HATE her.
And its not even hbk/perfect to Dolph, or some jayz biggie shyt...she is a clone of stephanie McMahon on the mic and persona....the same writers wrote the same shyt for the two of them. Please, mentally switch the entrance Charlotte had at the ppv and raw with Stephanie and tell me that wouldn't be hers if she was a worker. Listen to their promos and close your eyes. They're the same fukkin person...because they're written and coached that way.

Punk was champ over a year but I remember him mid carding with Bryan while Cena faced Johnny ace in the main. Ryback was buried but that was a Dwayne Johnson thing, rather than a Punk thing. If I was booker, I would've rolled with it and just went with Ryback-Rock at rumble to throw the fans off. That's just me tho. When Charlotte beat Nikki Bella, nobody was asking for Charlotte, they were chanting "WE WANT SASHA" while she was relegated to superstars as Naomi buddy.

Pretty much. It was similar to when Benoit won, and HBK/HHH was main-eventing PPVs or getting the general spotlight while Benoit feuded with Kane
Rock had nothing to do with them deciding to book undefeated Ryback against Punk and have him lose like a bytch.
