this man, Francisco Peña Gomez was gonna be our president in 1994 if not for electoral fraud, and even with the fraud, it was a tight race. pretty crazy that a racist self hating country of c00ns like DR voted for a black man, son of haitian immigrants, to be its president 20 years ago

. my dad hates the PLD and my wife's dad is a supporter and doesnt like the PRD. so the discussion got a little heated. i tried to change the subject to beisbol

And this is my problem with a lot of caribean and southamerican latins(a lot of
Mexicans aren't like this), you take pride in not calling out racists whites for the bullshyt they pull and shyt on people who look just like you, who do call them out on it. It is a known fact that drugs was pushed into the black community and caused destruction. You can swy they shouldnt have took them but people didnt know shyt was going to hit them like that. WE can say that because we seen the bullshyt from it but, because we kept saying the drugs were funneled into the communtiy, when people kept saying we are just making excuses, it eventually came out thatthe government did help brings in drugs for money.
The reason why we keep saying it is to be reminded that the government is not our friends, they just work for us, so we have to watch them carefully. If we stop repeating the shyt they have done, we would end up like everyone else who is shocked whenn shyt gets fukked up like them occupy wall street people. If yall werent so biased you can see the same bullshyt we complain about, your government is most likely doind to you, and when you get here, will do to you. Keep following the blind though, and watch where it leads you.
its not that we dont see it man. it goes back to what i told u before, our priorities are different because of the poverty we have back home. every dominican u will ever meet has family back home. when dominicans first come here, just like other groups, the main focus is working and helping out back home. we KNOW theres racism and white supremacy but nikkas aint got time to be worried about that. my wife's dad told me his story. he came straight here to working 12 hours a day 6 days a week for like $125 in the early 80s. u think that man had time to worry about some racist cac a$$holes? nah man he had to grind in a bodega to keep his wife back home and 3 babies fed.
