Their 'environment' basically...so I pulled up some of those famous lynching photos and asked him who these whites were around that made them lynch these men and send out postcards with it on there. Of course, he didn't answer the question.

the cycle of crime in the Black community is directly attributable to White Americans and the long term atrocities they've done that laid the groundwork for the destroyed Black communities we see today.

Europeans divided up the continent of Africa and in doing so they helped create conflicts that led to conflicts like the Rwandan genocide.
