Nothing can replace a good night's sleep

The most vital and often overlooked component to body building and something that preworkouts are quite detrimental to therefore its hustling backwards in a sense. Rest, eat and train in equal doses and you're set. Water as well, so essential as is correct breathing all of which many people overlook for a quick fix or turbo hit without addressing the basics.

A good playlist generates a fantastic effect as does the correct mindset but it was nice to be an ignorant jit and experience the stims and walking out of the gym with a pump so immense that your striations had striations.

Has anyone tried the old school stuff and compared it to the newer, legal versions you can still get? I'm wondering if the effects and strength are as dramatic after they banned the Walter White components as the old stuff was of legend.

nikka one time I took pre workout, black coffee and 20mg adderall. Felt like I was gonna pick up the fukking gym my self

If that doesn't describe it perfect :banderas:

It really was such a wild sensation and one of the things that started me off on the path to peak performance because the question running around in my head was "Its obvious we naturally operate at limits well below our potential. How can I work around this without chemical stimulation?" and thus came the quest of betterment that still kicks to the present moment.

We truly have so much power inside us and most of us are unaware of our own potential and strength as we accept the socially programmed limits as well as the bodies natural methods of conservation and self protection. Not saying you should slam these PWOs and have your heart doing the two step to the power of ten with some backflips thrown in but its an experience that lets you get a way better feeling of your potential without limits.

Most of the motherfukkers in this thread, let alone forum, don't even lift like that. :rudy: Remember, this is the coli where keyboard workout warriors make a thread when they finally bench two plates. :mjlol:

One clueless nikka called creatine a placebo even though it's like the most researched supp of all time and has been proven to work. :snoop:

Yeah, a lot of supps are either useless (i.e. don't work at all) or ineffective (i.e. work but aren't worth the cost); #POWDA! isn't one of them. If you don't wanna use it, fine, but let's not pretend like it's snake oil either.

@Serious @Gully Bull @dora_da_destroyer I'll see y'all back in the home thread. :francis:

I would usually just drink a redbull for the most part on leg days, i was good all the rest of the days. So never really got into the preworkout culture.

With that being said though, I need something to keep me awake at work after lunch, 'cause after a meal I be on straight :russell: mode. Ima have to look into something that works but isnt too strong

You got to change your meals. Eat foods that make you energized not sleepy. Last Friday my lady made salmon, roasted potatoes and spinach or something, I didn't eat all the potatoes because I know how they make me feel, I had 4/5 of them little fukkers and was :russell: for like 3 hours. I'm never eating potatoes again. Other than that, there's nothing that I eat that makes me feel tired or sluggish. I typically eat clean enough to run 5 miles at the drop of a hat.
