Nah, our GM is just trash. This trade more than solidifies it.

This trade only happens because he traded a 1st for DeMar when they got him, and because of how badly they managed this season, they were on the verge of losing it to the Spurs. Now Chicago is trading their best player to get the pick BACK after going into the offseason saying they don't care about keeping it and that they will try and win every night.

This is so bad, I can't even process this shyt. I actually posted about this happening but the players I would have asked for were not fukking Collins, Huerter and Tre Jones. What a terrible return for LaVine.

They should have held firm and AT LEAST got back Sochan or Keldon Johnson back from the Spurs. This is ridiculous

mind you, let's NOT forget that the bulls got penalized a 2nd rounder in the lonzo signing.

Thing is Lavine coulda been on the Pistons but opted for the surgery and is basically on a team on the same sort of trajectory as we were before this trade.

nikkas traded Lavine for Huerter and a pick they were going to get anyway even if they kept Lavine :dwillhuh:
