Devils got a squad. I think the Rangers made too many changes at the deadline. They tried to buy the Stanley Cup instead of rockin with the group that made a deep run last year.
Devils had won the season series 3-1 and had the better record. I am more surprised we lost the first 2 games at home 5-1 than that we won the series
The Rangers overachieved last year. We still had the same core this year; we just added Kane & Tarasenko for "championship pedigree". It turned out to be a dud.
The future looks bleak for the Rangers. SMH
