41% of Black women are also dropping out of high school. Which is odd, given the fact that schools are less hostile places for Black women. Black boys have to deal with mostly non-Black women teachers who have no interest in them doing well, are quick to have them thrown out or suspended, etc.

When a Black kid does get a Black woman teacher, he has to deal with the fact that the woman may have issues with Black men. She make take her frustrations out on him. I remember having Black women who were absolute bytches in the classroom.

I had a black lady teacher that was a bytch. She is no longer alive and died from unnatural causes that was caused from a student that she shytted on constantly. Let's just leave it at that.

The problem is that everybody is so into riding for their side that nobody is really trying to get to the root of the issues that plague us all. Men and women alike will ride for some bullshyt purely because it's somebody with the right genitalia doing it. Ironically it's women that encourage and reward shytty behavior by men and vice versa. The reality is no young person is gonna listen to another member of their gender tell them what they don't want to hear when they have got members of the opposite sex telling them everything that they want to hear. It's got to be a community effort not just men or women alone stepping up. Finger pointing back and forth over who is more shytty or hypocritical doesn't really do anything though.
