I wish I knew more about investing when I was younger....

As a black man and I could be wrong but I feel like I didn't learn anything about investing, hell anything about finances really until I was older...like, there wasn't an opportunity to learn early on

I plan to teach my kids about investing, credit, and other financial tools so they are way better prepared than I was.

i never knew about any jobs besides medicine, science and engineering. Only at 18 did I learn that the law and business knowledge really run society. I have working opportunities next year in consulting, literally never knew growing up it was even a job.

I have a little share portfolio, and I only found out how investing even works at like 27. My old company, in investments technology, had a FIFTEEN year old cac kid who came in as an unofficial intern. The field is crazy skewed

Around 100k I’ve read.

Then this stat isn't that surprising. 100k isn't a ton of money. I'm there...I bet there are far more 100kers in the top 10% (especially if you're counting pensions) than millionaires and billionaires. Of course the higher you go within that 10%, the more stock will be concentrated.
