You don't get ChinaTowns and similar districts across the country without their business classes employing their lower class. A million Black people coming to LA, they could've been discussing what skills they're bringing, how to pool their money to carve out industries and a business/neighborhood but these poor, lost souls came together to talk about fears of getting embrassed around white people I'm amazed you cosigned that bullshyt @Henri Christophe , them people ain't give a fukk about power. It doesn't make any sense to have this much "pride' but hate and talk down to a majority of black people.

We have a drastic difference in lifestyle in the black community. Some of us are productive, and others aren’t. We have entire families where every person has children out of wedlock.

You realize all Asians in America aren’t Chinese right? From what I’ve heard, Asians are extremely xenophobic, and Japanese people consider themselves the elite Asians. And if you go to Chinatown in NYC, it’s dirty as hell, and Asians with money patronize those businesses, but don’t LIVE there. And……..those Chinese people in Chinatown aren’t commuting the same level of violence as the poor black people in say Brownsville Brooklyn. Violence has become the common conflict resolution in the black community. Someone talks crap about you? Beat their ass. Even on this very site I’ve seen threads talking about ass whoopings for disrespect.

Black folks absolutely can "Tear shyt up" in their original neighborhoods, but that's the exception, not the norm. I wish it were the norm. All ADOS come from poverty (Slavery), so I'm not sure why you associate "Bad behaviour" with low social economic status. The folks in the video rightfully wanted to protect their "Good" neighborhoods in LA, but went too far by using the same stereotypes against new blacks moving in, that Whites still used against them, despite their new economic status. But that sentiment comes from believing you have to move away from your own people to prosper.

Look at Southie in Boston, its very nice now, and still a traditionally Irish neighborhood. Pre 2000s it was an Irish ghetto with hoodlums like Mark Wahlberg. Look at it today. Some moved out, but most stayed to maintain the culture. Block clubs use to work like less powerful neighborhood associations, to keep everyone in check. No reason they cant make a comeback.

The funny thing is these guys hate divestors but they are using the same argument that divestors use.

The divestors argument is that black men are responsible for the majority of the negative in the black community,(crime,low college rates,high incarceration rates,unemployment rates)which lead to negative stereotyping of black people as whole.If black women detach themselves from black men and establish themselves as a separate entity, black women will no longer be negatively stereotype, especially by white men.

Just replace black males with poor blacks and you have the same argument.
