When its a little chilly in the morning, but warms up some in the afternoon. Spring/fall weather its very appropriateIf it's hot out, u wear shorts and a t-shirt. If it's cold u wear a hoody and long pants.

Then you don't really wear it during the day, just while it's chilly in the morning. We're talking rockin that shyt all day
If the temperature is right you can wear that all day & be comfortable
I do that more often than I wear pants and hoodies

You can but why would you, if it's hot enough to wear shorts then you might as well wear a t-shirt
Sometimes, but not alot . I got a bunch of jackets that I can only justify wearing in the winter, so I rock them mostly
they are extremely comfortable. If yall gonna keep wearing flip flops and socks the you have no room to make demands. 
the equivalent would be for a dude to wear winter boots with shorts.So yall can wear a a hoody with shorts
