-The person may have deeper psychological issues that lead to ANY form of chemical dependence including caffeine in order to cope with their emotional issues
-Weed has been proven to be far less financially, socially and psychologically damaging than alcohol & cigs of which the gubmint approves of only because of the $$$$ it brings them.
