I don't think you can guarantee this. Indy had Manning, an all time great QB and only got one SB.

I do think Indy would be in a better position though considering all the resources/time wasted trying to replace him.

Also I said this in another thread but I'm convinced had Indy just rolled with Jacoby Brissett after Luck, we'd be pretty much in the same position.
