If they get blown out next week and lose the division/playoffs I don’t see how you bring him back. I think he’s a great coach but 20 years is a long time in one spot.

You can't continue to be mediocre. Yes, it's great to never have a losing season, but that doesn't mean it makes you a Super Bowl contender. You'd be better off having a mix of 12-5 seasons and 7-10 seasons than just going 9-8 every year.

If they hired a new coach, he may very well not be as good as Tomlin, but you know something will change. It's better to take the chance and go 4-13 than know you'll just be 9-8 every year.

Turnover on downs while in the victory formation an you are losing :laff:

MVS still terrible as a receiver an football player :laff:

Mayfield :laff:

Tyler Shough :salute:

Aaron Glenn might be one and done :mjcry:

I know the Jets haven't looked good at all, and quite frankly they have been terrible. However, I don't think they should fire Glenn after one season when he's in a division with the Patriots and Bills, while having to start Fields, Taylor, and Cook at QB.
