Rightfully so. It's the same shyt every year, and now Darnell Washington has a broken arm so that's one more weapon that'll be out, not like Arthur Smith would utilize him properly.

You can't continue to be mediocre. Yes, it's great to never have a losing season, but that doesn't mean it makes you a Super Bowl contender. You'd be better off having a mix of 12-5 seasons and 7-10 seasons than just going 9-8 every year.

If they hired a new coach, he may very well not be as good as Tomlin, but you know something will change. It's better to take the chance and go 4-13 than know you'll just be 9-8 every year.

There's a good chance all of the coaches in the AFC North get fired in the off season. I don't know if that has ever happened before and all of them deserve to lose their job regardless of who wins the division.

I don’t think Tomlin gets fired but I do think there is a chance where both sides look in the mirror and say a change is needed
