Just got a new remote gig earlier this month - I can work from home/wherever - weekends feel even better with no Sunday night blues/dread of having to go into an office on Monday.

I don't think I could ever go back to driving into an office 5 days a week. I been remote since 2016 and it's the GOAT lifestyle

Just flew to Jamaica Thursday morning, in hotel room I did couple calls, fired off couple emails. Hit the beach soon as 4pm hit. Same for Friday but instead of rushing to airport at 4, I walk down to the beach with a rum punch in hand.

I work 9's now, with every other Thru off and I'm ready to choke somebody round 4:30

Don't take it personal

I already don't think most of us need to be at a office building 40hours a week plus the 5 hours a week fighting traffic

I’m with you when you put it like that. I’m at work right now. Get off at 7. I just knew it was 3am. Looked down and it’s 1145


But I’m not gonna get less than 40 hours. So it’s either make that trek to work 5 days or 3-4. I’ll take the shorter amount of days vs shorter hours in the day. But yes. I think most of Europe got them on 30 hours and legally mandated 3 weeks of vacation. They said productivity has gone UP

This weekend I did:

Friday
- Dinner with my girl.
- Great sex.

Saturday
- Hit the gym
- Went to a tailor to check out fabrics for a custom suit.
- Art Show

Sunday
- Bike ride with the GF
- Had some really good food
- Watched a Halloween Flick with my GF
- Watched Atlanta

It was productive in the fact that I got to relax.

Man reading this makes me realize how blessed I am. I remember slaving 6-7 says a week for 12 hours a day. Barely saw my kids and wife. Now I'm working 2 full 24 hour days per week. This week I work 24 hours Monday and I'm off Tuesday. I work 24 hours Wednesday and then I don't have to go back to work until next Tuesday to repeat the cycle.
