I like this idea. I wouldn't mind ethering people out loud.

We actually did something like this back on Sohh and I remember @Crakface , @Hiphoplives4eva and someone else was there. I remember them talking about God of War 3 or something and hiphop saying that it's truly the first "legitimate" good PS3 game .

But why limit it to three though?? We can do at least 4-5 people at a time maybe.

because itll be on skype and dont wanna risk people talking over each other, plus I want people to have enough time to talk about their point without people interrupting too much + I think it gets the viewers more interested in the people talking instead of just hearing a bunch of voices

I wanna start this not this Sunday, but next Sunday.

Who wants to go 1st for xbox side (have to be confirmed xbox stan) and PS4 side (again confirmed PS4 stan)? This gives us awhile to set up skype, twitch, youtube, etc and get the overlay/mics/web cameras in order.

Im not ruling ANYTHING out, shyt if it goes successful maybe can have shows where its more like Around The Horn but with video gaming. But for now id rather have it like Pardon The Interruption (if that makes sense).

they have to if they want on the show, if they camera shy then this isnt the show for them just being honest.. we gotta be able to show case peoples facial expressions when someone says something dumb and I think itll highlight a lot of the debates better

well I think the 1st show would be great with @Rekkapryde and @PS4 and then from there, we could add more user slots (im skeptical of this, I just dont want a huge panel of people and plus it makes the web cameras smaller) and we could have a more neutral person

the reason I want to rotate people every week because it gives viewers different opinions and maybe they relate to say @daze23 more than @Liquid on a certain topic (just an example)


like say like Bill Maher show they got the beginning guest speaker, then the 3 panelist and then half way through the show they bring in someone else to the panel that sits next to Bill to discuss a certain topic. Im open to shyt like that, but I also think itll reach longer than 10 minutes and when that happens we can be more open to ideas like that. For the 1st one I just want 10 minutes and 2 people. Think of it as a test run.

my IDEAL show for this once people get more comfortable and used to speaking on camera is for it to be 30 minutes, with different questions/segments (what do you think of battlefield 4 on xbox live vs playstation vs PC, just to give an example) and then we could have the 30 minute show and also chop it up between segments so the viewers can pick and choose which segment/question/debate they want to watch. Lets say that question ran 6 minutes, we could chop it from the original 30 minute show and put it on youtube as well. This could open the doors for a lot of people on youtube.

The reason I want to do it live on twitch is because then the rest of the coli and whoever might be interested can tune in as well. Long as they go into the 1st show (the viewers) with low expectations as 1. its our 1st time doing something like this 2. we arent professionals and I want the feel of the show to be more like people just talkin shyt in a barbershop (if that makes sense)

any particular reason ? Keep in mind I am quarterbackin this, but it also wont be much without the coli participation which is why you and @cook input is big on this. Black and white is extremely boring and not attention grabbing to new viewers

true. expand it to let more join and it should be good.

i thought higher learning's podcast was great so this has potential. @Hiphoplives4eva should chime in to help because i think he was the one that organized the podcast for HL, plus he's a good moderator. you'll definitely need personality or ppl who aren't afraid to speak on the show tho...some posters can type an essay on a topic but stay quiet as a mouse when a mic is in front of them.

I personally have thousands of hours recorded on youtube/twitch(streaming service) with open mic and camera so im fine with it personally and have no problem arguing/debating/speaking up. But that is a worry of mine. If someone gets boring we can pick up a caller or something through Skype half way through the segment with an audible
