im 6 2 and went from 155 in jan. to 195 today i dont workout but i play ball almost everyday get a good sweet going and i wrestle with friends thats used to beat me but now i crush them , i feel stronger but my pushups and pullups have gone down i feel a bit slower too i want to turn all this weight gain to become like muhammed ali since we have almost the same stats now gimmie some tips guys

Damn my dude, how'd u put that much weight on? I'm 6'1 165 and looking to add some lbs.

i eat rice or pasta sometimes potatoes with meat everday at least two times a day make myself a couple sandwhichs through the day drink alot of milk and eat eggs almosts every day and since like may i eat mad stakes with beers while still taking in all the food i mention above, i drink heavy but i dont think thats a problem i play ball everyday and sometimes soccer and football just to keep in shape

i'm guessing you are in your early 20s? You can get away with a lot at that age.

it was part of my strategy gain all this weight im going to keep it up till i reach 200 then start a serious workout plan to become like muhammed ali is that possible

Well if you want to reduce weight.Do exercising as often as possible, and also cut down on a lot of high calorie food. Unfortunately i hardly managed, to loose much weight at all. I recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to loose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out, and it actually worked quite well. Within 2 months, i managed to loose about 40 pounds.
