Weight loss (low calorie) treat ideas?

So right now Im on the one meal a day diet but its sometimes tough to make it all the way to the end of the day. Not out of hunger, but boredome

Here are things that I can "look forward" to (spaced out throughout the day) to kill time

- green superfood drink (9 am)
- coffee (12 pm)
- ?? (need something here)
- dinner (6 pm)

Idk if anyone here has any good ideas. Maybe some green tea or something. Ive been struggling with this for a bit now

Damn breh, it ain't as serious as that diet.
Drink as much water as you can, cut out the bullshyt (for the most part), eat some leafy greens daily and get in some consistent cardio. You'll reach the goal.

Just a question. Do you plan to do this for the rest of your life? What do you think will happen when you go back to your regular eating habits? To answer your question, rice cakes are my go to whenever I feel like a snack.

I'll alternate my snacks between almonds and trail mix that has almonds, depending on the period of time. I cant have the same snack for more than 2 weeks in a row

I lost 45 lbs this year (and kept it off) switching to keto :yeshrug:

Not trying to be an expert or anything but if you’re not taking in carbs or sugars and you take in a high amount of fat, your body is forced to stay in a fat burning mode rather than a fat storage mode when it has carbs and sugars to burn.

Worked for me, just trying to help :manny:
