Bill Burr is fond of saying that every excess pound you gain is 5 miles of capillaries your heart has to pump blood through.
I think it's actually closer to 7 miles.

In any case, losing all that weight has taken a giant toll off that woman's heart.

it doesn't look like she did. If you look at her arms you can see the skin is still "flabby". She still looks nice though...with clothes on.
