Good for him. I watch My 600 pound life and 1000 pound sisters. I don't think I've since one that turns out like this. He likely wasn't 600 but that loose skin:scust:

Amazing
How long has this journey been?

Any cravings, withdrawals? How are you managing them?
started 12/23. i lost all that weight in roughly 9-10 months and been maintaining every since. its easy now man just don't go back to what you were doing. eating junk food and fried foods. if i want fried chicken, i eat air fried chicken minus the breading. me and the wife still go out about once per month to grab a burrito and tacos, but i dont NEED too, feel me? i stick with mainly water and unsweetened tea. once per month, ill grab me one of those carbonated drinks from walmart. the ones that are about 74 cents. cherry limeade flavor, but that's it. that stuff has aspartame in it, so it doesn't affect my blood sugar but its an artificial sweetener and should be avoided. but once per month won't hurt.

i was watching an episode of 600 pound life and said its time for a physical, hadn't had one in 2 years. diagnosed with type 2 and high cholesterol. i was on meds for about 6 months. first 3 months i lost 60 pounds. my doc said this is probably the most remarkable thing she's ever seen. losing and maintaining the weight loss and a non diabetic a1c. she had the diabetic diagnosis removed from my medical profile since its in "remission" and i maintain my health.

i dont abuse my health though. some folks reverse diabetes and go right back. i stick to the same routine pretty much. and i introduce new things into my diet. but of course when the wife makes pancakes, SOMETIMES ill have piece. no syrup, just butter. but its been over a month. but i eat everything man just swap out ingredients here and there. go out for a burger, no bun itll be wrapped in lettuce. ill have a basket of fries but its paired with protein, fiber and fat but regardless of what we eat if we go out, my walk is approximately 90 minutes. ESPECIALLY after a high carb meal which is roughly once per month. but the way i am now, even when i eat and walk, my blood sugar ranges are non diabetic which means that i am operating normally.

walking is a power house of an exercise. its the GOAT if you ask me.
