...We’ll get through these trying times breh brehBench press. I have a naturally good chest and hated bench for so long that I neglected it. Now my HOP is at 140 for 5 but my bench is 185 for 2-3. That makes no sense.
And now I cant fukking train it thanks to this shytuation.



I haven’t maxed out in anything in years I have no idea. I’m 38What's your max?
