Bench press. I have a naturally good chest and hated bench for so long that I neglected it. Now my HOP is at 140 for 5 but my bench is 185 for 2-3. That makes no sense.
And now I cant fukking train it thanks to this shytuation.

If u let this completely stifle your gains u wasn't serious about workin out.....

I'm doing pullups off the side of my crib combined with pushups, I finished 100/200 this a.m. and just did another set 30 mins ago.....

Neighbor came outside askin me if my gym was still open :banderas:

I can’t lift as much now due to age and body wear and tear. In my heyday it was shoulder press. Funny thing my shoulders, traps and upper chest looked the best back then.

deadlifts...even tho I'm very particular on form I still don't like to push my limits too much in case I go to snap city :merchant: just do 2 plate for reps:manny:
