It's not the same nikkas. Most non-Taliban type Afghans follow some ancient code called "Pashtun Wala" or some shyt like that. They die and live by that. According to their ancient customs, fakkitry is allowed as long as you ain't the one getting fukked.

The religious/Islamic types are different and kill nikkas for fakkitry.

Same in Saudi and other places. The religious fanatic types aren't into that shyt. It's usually people from the villages and other more "traditional" types. There's a tension between religion and tradition in many of these countries.
