Subtitles whenever I play something like Fallout or Elder Scrolls
I'm always watch something on Netflix on my laptop while I play, unless it's a new game that I just purchased
I always have to have something to drink
The volume has to be at a certain number where it's not too loud and not too quiet
When shyt gets intense, I sit up straight like I'm saluting a General and bite my nails

When it comes to shooters, I have to have all my classes set up in order from Assault Rifles - SMGs - Shotties - LMGs - Snipers
Each class has to have certain perks
I'll leave a the lobby if I don't have my classes set up perfectly

I get real OCD with shyt sometimes fam

Wife says, when I'm playing competitively (mostly fighters really), I do this weird tongue twirling when I'm in a zone. I don't see, feel, acknowledge or believe it tho.

That's a physical sign of focus. Kind of like when a person is sticking his tongue out sideways while trying to fix a toy. You see pro basketball players do it too. It's not weird, but not everyone does it.

For racing games, I'll turn the volume down to zero and I'll put in a CD of my own music and listen to that.

When I get to a hard or crazy intense part in a game, I set the controller down and I wipe my hands on my pants (I do it even when my hands aren't sweaty) followed by deep inhale and exhale.

My hands need to be bare for me to play at 100%

I also dip my hand in warm water a bit whenever I game in cold days. I don't know if anybody else experiences the same thing but my hands get sluggish when it's cold.

i hate having to leave the game saved in the off season of career modes or pre seaon
i will take the time to finish all off season tasks and simulate pre-season to get to regular season

I always look at all the settings before I start a game.

I always pick the good choices/good guys in games like Kotor/Mass Effect. I Never pick the darkside. It's crazy I feel real bad if I do evil shyt to characters in games lol. I can't even be an a$$hole in games shyt's weird.

In Forza I'm never ever overly aggressive, never ram nobody off the road. I love the spirit of racing, I don't need to win every race. Some muhfukkas need to win at all costs. There is no honor in that.

I turn off all subtitles. Makes it feel way more cinematic.

Playing Madden or 2K, I always have my mic on even if I don't say nothing to just in case catch the pain, and frustration, and cursing from the other player. lmao.

In open world games I'm always off the beatin path exploring nooks and crannies. Mad A.D.D lol Like in GTA V I'll just be walking down streets just lookin around takin everything in like I'm really in the city.

I have two things. It depends on how I need to be intense. Say for example if I am playing 2K NBA Playoffs, or about to do a Major 16 Player race in GTA Online; I like to grab some talc and powder the hands before I begin. With the analogs, I have a fear my thumbs will slip and kill my chances.

If the situation is more intense, my mind goes into a zone, I block out all external stuff; my mind and hearing focused on the screen. Should I get victorious, I like toss my control to the side and flex like Brock Lesnar or Chuck Liddell after a victory and scream.

I guess my weird habit is giving my created sports/wrestling characters names based on names from TV shows, mainly Scrubs The Office. Players be having names like "Dwide Schrude" "Michael Scarn" "Fake Stanley" "Chris Turkleton". Once made a whole ball team named "Scott's Tots" It's always funny when homies come over and they recognize the names.

In every new 2k I re-make past myplayers and add them to their respective teams they finished on in their rookie year when I used them in the previous game. It's getting tedious though cause I have like 5 players to make once I pick up 2k14.

I also have a bad habit of shouting "Ahhh! Got them nikkas!" Like Kendrick's homie on GKMC after winning in Street Fighter. In fact, a lot of the shyt his homies say in those interludes gets repeated by me while i game. "Man sit yo dumb ass back down nikka" or "___ you good cuh?" after beating nikkas talking shyt before a match. "We finna get active" when me and the homies start looking for matches.


Games like Skyrim and Fallout I have a low tolerance for bullshyt and will wage war against any nikka that speaks wrong. Fus-Roh-Dah this arrow to the knee bytch.
