What's odd about Mac Miller? A white dude who can spit and has an old school influence and mirrors a lot of suburb kids.

Currency, pioneered a whole style and swag that almost every new rapper has jacked in some way. Stays true to his style, is mad laidback, a weedhead and on..
Wale is like the normal simp, college dude, hypebeast and he's with MMG.

I'm pretty sure that he can spit, he's not a fukking Big L, but compared to what dominated hiphop before this new generation he can spit. And in relation to other rappers out today I would say that he can spit. As a rapper in general in todays climate I would give him 3 mics (his album was 1 mic though).

Kendrick and Lupe Fiasco are average. The rest are legends. Don't put them in the same sentence breh. The only reason why Tupac is so famous and well known til today is because of his beef with Biggie. If there was no beef, he would have been as irrelevant as Skee-Lo.
