Again with sex charges the Justice system is far from perfect but generally handles things ok.

Sex offenses could be a horn dog mistake our a Larry Nassar style predator.

I was arrested for rape put in the front seat of a car then released on my own recognizance. That was the tell for me that the charge was seen as some mistake.

I don't know how this case will be handled but it will either be held until conviction and transported to a high security prison or given a court date and case dropped.

Even though it's on tape all parties involved in the string will have to speak to investigators and testify. If they don't case automatically is dropped so lets see how bad the Content Creator cares or if this was for clicks and clout.

Like someone said some weirdos have been caught several times kinda hard to get caught committing a major felony if the courts took it that serious.

The law system from all angles is too lax on sex crimes. I cant speak to all the dozens and dozens of pred catcher channels but the top 3, the 2 black dudes and the fat white guy all testify in these cases if they go to trial and are asked to testify. Entrapment by definition and in terms of the law can only happen from law enforcement. ONLY a member of law enforcement can entrap you. I just think there’s a difference between a person knowingly seeking out and manipulating young victims, and a guy looking for ANY opportunity and “accepting” a kid cause that’s who responded.
