I am looking for a new house out in the New Berlin area. Anybody stay out there? I have been living at the beach for years, but I want a bigger lot now. More land space around me. But a bigger lot in the beaches area is waaaaaay too overpriced. fukk all that.

Man everytime I'm back in Duval, they building some more unneeded shyt, they really tryna turn it into the new Atlanta. You got the largest space in all of America, and these people wanna fill every spot up. I swear in 15-20 years, Jacksonville gonna be in the top 5 in population.

what part of the beach you stay on? I was born and raised in Atlantic Beach off Mayport Rd but i'm in Arlington now. Wanna move back to the beach SOOOOO bad but yea, houses on 1st street are waaaaay overpriced

I live off of Sherry Drive in ATL Bch.
born and raised in Duval.. Northside.. 13th & Moncrief, and Palmdale.. went to Ribault.. sh!t.. i went to John E. Ford when it was one of the worst schools you could be sent to before being expelled from all Duval schools.. 
moved to Cali when i was 17..
