I looked at the opponents next year. NFC West and AFC East are divisions the South will face. If he doesn’t improve as a coach or this roster, he will be next

My read on it is: Ra tried hiring someone he was somewhat familiar but had limited NFL play calling experience in Lake and it didn’t work.

Ulbrich is “his guy” plus has DC experience in Atlanta and NYJ. this better work out or his run as HC is on coals. We have too much young talent on offense still on rookie deals to squander this timeframe

Somebody on Reddit brought up a good point. If everybody thinks Saleh is a defensive genius why tf would he hire Ulbrich in the 1st place? Becuz Ulbrich was actually good. They say when Saleh left and the Jets D fell off, it was becuz the players basically quit and Ulbrich had to deal with everything, not just the defense
